Terms of May June Prize Draw Competition
- This prize draw is open to all members of Safe Journey Home Ltd, excluding employees of Safe Journey Home Ltd, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
- The prize draw runs between 00.00am 1st May 2008 and midnight on 1st July 2008. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw. To enter this prize draw you must register with Safe Journey Home service and use the SMS safety service by texting 07786 200 699 before the closing date.
- Only one entry per mobile phone number is allowed.
- The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received before the closing date. Prize consists of the choice of one of the following:
i) GHD Mark 4 Styler – ceramic hair straighteners, black finish.
ii) iPod Nano 4GB mp3 player – silver finish
- The draw will take place on 2nd July 2008. The winners will be notified within 28 days by telephone. Winner will be given a reasonable period to make choice of prize. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, Supplementary winners may be drawn at Safe Journey Home's discretion and notified by telephone. Safe Journey Home will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes.

- Safe Journey Home reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prizes are not transferable. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Safe Journey Home reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winners; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
- Safe Journey Home accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances or other documents related to the prize. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms & conditions of this draw, and in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
- The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name being made publicly available if you win.
- Safe Journey Home’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
